Information you provide
This includes account and profile details, search criteria, confirmed locations, support messages, and choices you make in the product. We do not ask for or store your marketplace passwords.
Information created while you use Flipinator
We process search runs, matched listing references, feed activity, security and audit records, device registrations, notification outcomes, and operational diagnostics. Browser and native push registrations contain provider-issued device identifiers needed to deliver alerts.
Billing
When billing is available, an approved payment or app-store provider processes purchases. Flipinator receives provider identifiers, entitlement status, price and currency records, and webhook events needed to maintain access. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Analytics
Product-specific analytics may be enabled to understand visits, account conversion, searches, purchases, and product reliability. Analytics is disabled when its dedicated configuration is absent. Flipinator analytics is not loaded into another product.
Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate searches, deliver requested alerts, manage capacity and billing, respond to support, prevent abuse, measure reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and international processing
We use infrastructure, notification, authentication, location, analytics, billing, app-store, and support providers where configured. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of record, security needs, provider reconciliation, legal obligations, and backup cycles. Account deletion removes or schedules removal of account-linked data, subject to records we must retain for security, billing, disputes, or law.
Your choices and rights
You can update account details, pause or delete searches, control device notification permission, and request account deletion. Privacy rights vary by location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability.
