The service
Flipinator lets you configure searches for supported marketplaces, view matching public listings, and receive device alerts where permitted. Marketplace availability, search timing, and listing content can change.
Your account
You must provide accurate account information, protect sign-in codes and devices, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, resell access without permission, evade limits, or use Flipinator to violate law or another party’s rights.
Marketplaces and listings
Flipinator is not the seller, buyer, marketplace, or party to a transaction. Listing accuracy, availability, price, safety, and transactions are between you and the relevant marketplace participants. Review the listing and marketplace terms before acting.
Plans, purchases, and cancellation
Plan details and prices shown at purchase apply to that transaction. Store purchases are also governed by the relevant app store. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the provider’s rules and does not usually reverse an already completed billing period unless law requires it.
Changes and availability
We may change supported marketplaces, features, limits, or these terms. We may suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service. Planned and unplanned maintenance can make Flipinator temporarily unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent law permits, the service is provided without a promise that every listing will be found, remain available, or meet your needs. Liability limitations and consumer guarantees must be completed for the governing jurisdiction before launch.
